Glover, Jerry, Ph.D.

Bio

Dr. Jerry Glover is a Professor in the Organizational Change Graduate Program at Hawaii Pacific University.  He received his Ph.D. in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Florida.  Jerry is an internationally recognized speaker, consultant, and researcher in the areas of change and development, organizational culture, and trans-cultural management.  He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Society for International Development and is an affiliate with the Trompenaars Hampden Turner Group in Amsterdam.  His consulting has taken him to thirty nations in the Pacific Islands, the Caribbean, Europe, North America, and Asia.  He was one of the founders of the Change Leadership Forum in the South Pacific in which traditional leaders met with corporate, government, and community leaders to create strategies for sustainable development in the region. His most recent work is focused on developing perspectives and skills for cultural competency assessment and training for the USA military.
